Benefits for individuals and companies who donate to our organization:
• For taxpayers, the donation is 35% deductible up to 30,000 euros (art 83, c 1, Legislative Decree 117/17) or alternatively it is deductible within the limit of 10% of total declared income (art 83, c 2, Legislative Decree 117/17).
• For businesses the donation is deductible within the limit of 10% of the total declared income (art 83, c 2, Legislative Decree 117/17).
The receipt is exempt from stamp tax as stated in art 82, c 5, Legislative Decree 117/17. All transactions, in order to activate the tax benefit, must be made through the bank or by post (bank transfer, ccp, credit card, debit card, money order, cheques). Donations with non-transferable bank checks, postal current account slips, bank transfers, credit, debit and prepaid cards are deductible. Cash donations are not deductible. To take advantage of the tax benefits it is necessary to keep a copy of the document (bank or postal) and it is essential to indicate all your data (name, surname, postal address, e-mail address) in the payments. The volunteers of OAI provide assistance, listening, and comfort to families of children and teenagers undergoing complex treatment during hospitalization. They serve as a source of information and guidance.
Their multidisciplinary training, both initial and ongoing, enables them to be present even in crisis situations.
